Zesty Zucchini Rounds

1 (10 oz) pkg extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c beer
1/4 c mayonnaise
1 tsp Worcestershire
1/4 tsp salt
3 medium-sized zucchini
1/4 tsp ground red pepper

ABOUT 2 1/2 hours before serving or day ahead:
In blender at medium speed or in food processor with knife blade attached, blend first 5 ingredients until smooth. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm.

ABOUT 15 minutes before serving:
Slice zucchini crosswise into 1/4" thick slices. Spoon cheese mixture into decorating bag with small rosette tube. Pipe some cheese mixture on each zucchini slice. Lightly sprinkle with ground red pepper.
Makes about 4 dozen hors d'oeuvres.
