Zesty Vegetable Dip

1 c lowfat Ricotta cheese
1/2 c lowfat plain yogurt
1/2 c shredded carrots
1/4 c thinly sliced green onions
1/4 c chopped green pepper
1/4 c chopped red sweet pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

In medium bowl combine all ingredients together. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crudités, chips, crackers, etc.
Makes 1 3/4 c.
