Wine-Cheese Spread

8 oz cream cheese, softened
2(5 oz)jars port wine cheese spread
1 c shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c crumbled Bleu cheese
1/2 c toasted flaked coconut

Combine softened cream cheese, cheese spread, Cheddar, and Bleu cheese, and blend thoroughly. Pack into a lightly greased 3-cup mold. Chill 3-4 hours. For serving, unmold on plate and cover cheese with toasted coconut.
Serve with assorted crackers.
Makes one 3 cup mold
