Thai Sandwiches

2 drops hot-pepper sauce
1/2 c plus 1 Tbsp bottled peanut sauce
1 lb chicken tenders
1 8 oz pkg shredded coleslaw mix
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
6 large flour tortillas
1/2 c plain yogurt

Preheat oven to broil.
Add hot-pepper sauce to 1/2 c peanut sauce in large bowl. Add chicken tenders; stir to coat. Stir together coleslaw mix, cucumber, and 1 Tbsp peanut sauce in second large bowl. Place the chicken on broiler-pan rack. Broil for 3 minutes. Turn over; broil another 3 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, place tortillas, one at a time, in large skillet pan over medium-high heat. Cook for 30 seconds on each side. Or place tortillas between paper toweling; microwave on 100% power for 30 seconds.
Fill the warmed tortillas with the chicken and the coleslaw-cucumber mixture. Top each with yogurt.
Serves 6.
