Swiss Steak Dinner

2 chuck steaks (1 lb each)
1 medium onion, sliced
9 oz pkg frozen whole green beans, separated
8 small red potatoes, cut in half
1/4 c flour
2 tsp beef bouillon
3/4 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp pepper
14 oz can stewed tomatoes
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 425º. Line 13X9" baking pan with heavy-duty foil, leaving 1/2" foil collar around the edges. Cut each steak into three portions. Place in foil-lined pan. Layer top of steak with half the onion slices, all the green beans, all the potatoes and remaining onion slices. In medium sized bowl, combine flour, bouillon, thyme, salt, garlic powder, and pepper, stirring to mix. Add stewed tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until well-blended; pour over steak and vegetables. Cover food and pan with sheet of foil. Fold edges to seal tightly; bake 1 1 1/2 hour until tender.
