Spinach Ring

2 10 oz pkgs leaf or chopped spinach
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 tsp minced onions
1/4 c butter, melted
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Cook spinach as directed on pkg. Drain. Add pepper, onion, butter and egg; mix thoroughly. Spoon into well greased small ring mold. Place in pan of hot water and bake in 375º oven for 30 minutes, or until firm. Unmold. Serve plain or with a vegetable sauce.
Serves 4.
