Shrimp Avacado Dunk

ripe avocados
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp chili sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped into small pieces.

                       
Remove the skins and the pits from the avocados and mash the fruit in a bowl with a fork. Blend in the sour cream, chili sauce, and the salt; then fold in the shrimp. Refrigerate until needed.
To serve, place dip bowl in the center of a tray and surround with potato chips, nachos, pretzels and crackers.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
