Christmas Sangria

2 oranges, thinly sliced
half a lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 c each sugar, and fresh diced cranberries
8 c Cranberry Cocktail
2 bottles dry red wine(750mls each)
1/3 c brandy
2 c soda water

In large pitcher, combine oranges, lemons, sugar and cranberries.
Pour in cranberry cocktail, wine and brandy; stir until well mixed.
Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or until
chilled. (Can be stored upto 24 hours)
Just before serving, pour in soda water. Serve over ice, making
sure each serving has some fruit.
Makes 32 1/2 c servings.
