White Chocolate Pecan Rum Balls

8 oz white chocolate, chopped
2 c ground pecans
1/4 c white rum
1/4 c sugar

In large heatproof bowl over hot (not boiling) water; melt chocolate, stirring often. Stir in pecans and rum. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes or until firm. Using 2 spoons, shape into 1" balls. Place sugar in bag; add rum balls and shake to coat evenly. (Can be refrigerated upto one week)Serve chilled.
Makes about 36 rum balls.
