New Year's Toast Dip

2 (3 oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
1/2 c half-and-half or milk
1/3 c mayonnaise
2/3 c chopped crabmeat
2 Tbsp chopped green onion
2 tsp ranch dressing mix (dry)
Sliced green olives (optional)
Assorted fresh vegetables

Beat cream cheese in small bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy; beat in half-and-half and mayonnaise. Stir in crabmeat, onion, and salad dressing mix. Refrigerate 1 hour or until serving time.
Spoon dip into champagne glass or other glass or goblet with wide opening; garnish with olive slices. Serve with assorted fresh vegetables.
Makes 2 cups dip.
