Ham Cheesecake Appetizer

1/2 c bread crumbs
1/2 c half and half
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
4 eggs
3 pkgs (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
3 cans ham
2 c shredded Swiss cheese

Grease springform pan, 9x3"; coat side and bottom with bread crumbs.
Spread any remaining crumbs evenly on the bottom of the pan.
Beat half and half, mustard, salt, red pepper, eggs, and cream cheese in large bowl
on medium speed until smooth, about 5 minutes. Stir in ham and Swiss cheese. Spread in pan. Bake in 325º oven until set,
about 1 hour; cool. Cover and refrigerate no longer than 48 hours.

About 2 hours before serving, remove from fridge. Remove side and bottom of pan. Let stand at room temperature. Garnish with pimiento and parsley if desired.
