Frosty Fruit-Cheese Dip

3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c strawberry preserves
1 tsp finely shredded lemon peel
1 Tbsp lemon juice

In mixing bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in sour cream, preserves, lemon peel and juice until well mixed.
Serve as dip for fresh fruits, cut into bite-size pieces. Serve fruit on toothpicks.
