Holiday Creamed Onions

24 small onions, peeled
4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
salt and pepper to taste
Paprika
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 c milk
Chopped nuts

Place onions in cold water to cover; bring to boil. Pour off water; repeat process 2 times; boiling until tender. Drain; set aside. To begin preparation of the sauce, melt butter, blend in flour, salt and pepper, paprika and Worcestershire sauce. Add milk gradually. Cook to sauce consistency. Pour sauce over onions. Sprinkle with nuts. Serves 8.
