A Snowstorm
Cut several lengths from white or clear thread,
each about 15" long.
Thread the first piece onto a needle,
and tie a knot at the end.
Thread some white cotton balls
onto each length, leaving a gap of 2-3" between each ball.
Attach to the top of a window.
