Jubilee Cheese Strudel

2 pkg (8 roll size) crescent rolls
2 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 egg yolks
3/4 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice

Pat 1 pkg crescent rolls into an ungreased jelly roll pan sealing cracks in dough. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and spread over dough. Roll out remaining pkg of crescent dough to fit pan and place over cheese mixture. Bake 350º for 20 minutes. Cool.

GLAZE:
1 c icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2-3 Tbsp milk

Combine and pour over strudel. Serve warm. Serves 16.
