We do not worship "saints" either. - We are ourselves as Born Again Believers are also called "heirs" & "saints". - We do not need someone to intercede for us. It is because Jesus died for our sins that we are able to approach the throne of God by the Power of the Blood that was shed on Calvary and by the Name of Jesus Christ our Savior. Ephesians 2:8 & 9 "It is by GRACE (God's Righteousness at Christ's Expense) that you are saved (undeserved favor) through FAITH ("Faith is the substance of things hoped for and the evidence of things unseen." Heb 11:1) and that NOT OF YOURSELVES, it is the GIFT OF GOD, NOT OF WORKS lest any man should boast." |
