Surprise Package Bundles

25 olives
1/4 tsp salt
3 Tbsp finely minced shallots
4 oz grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c flour
1/2 clove garlic, mashed
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 3 Tbsp butter, melted and slightly cooled
1 tsp milk
2 drops Worcestershire
pineapple chunks (optional)

Preheat oven to 400º.
On lightly greased cookie sheet, set out olives. Stuff olives with shallots and garlic mash; set olives aside. Sift together flour, salt, dry mustard, and cayenne pepper into bowl. Mix in cheese. Stir in mixture of butter; mix well. Using about a teaspoon of dough mixture for each, shape dough around olives, completely covering them. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400º for 10-12 minutes.
To serve, arrange on serving platter; insert toothpick into each olive. Circle platter edge with drained pineapple chunks (if using) when ready to serve.
