Fudgy Mint-Brownie Wedges

unsweetened cocoa
14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
10 oz pkg mint-flavored semisweet chocolate pieces
2 Tbsp margarine or butter
3/4 c flour
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c icing sugar
green food coloring

Preheat oven to 350º F. Grease two 8" round cake pans; dust with cocoa.
In 2 qt saucepan over low heat, heat sweetened condensed milk, chocolate pieces, and margarine until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth, stirring frequently. Remove saucepan from heat; stir in flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Pour mixture into cake pans. Bake into 18-20 minutes or until toothpicks comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 15 minutes. With metal spatula, loosen rounds from sides of pans. Rap pans sharply on countertop; invert rounds onto racks. Turn rounds over so that that top side is up; cool completely. When cold, cut each round into 16 wedges. Prepare glaze: In small bowl, into icing sugar, stir 2-3 tsp water, 1 tsp at a time, until a good drizzling consistency. Stir in enough green food coloring to tint a pretty shade of green. Drizzle glaze in a zigzag form onto each wedge. Makes 32 servings.
